National Cattle Dogs Finals 2007
For the 2007 Cattledog Championship the qualifying handlers and their
Border Collie dogs all traveled to Torrington, Wyoming, ready to compete
for this years major competition. This championship trial is held under
the jurisdiction of the United States Border Collie Handler’s Association,
(the USBCHA) North America’s main working Border Collie association.
4 days of trialing, meetings and socials led us through the different
days of the competition.
With a couple of cameras running we have put together a 4 hour, 2 DVD
set, of these 4 days of Border Collie competitions and some of the other
interesting happenings that surround this event.
This video looks at the qualifying trials for both the Nursery trial
and also the Open qualifying competition, the daily scores and highlights
and then through to the Championship classes for both the 2007 Cattledog
Nursery competition and also the double lift Open competition with over
70 Border Collies, from across North America, making up the show.
The USBCHA Cattledog Finals were sponsored by both the American Border
Collie Association, the main Border Collie registry in North America and
also by the U.S. Border Collie Handlers Association.
