Farm videos, especially about the Border Collie breed are our specialty
As the first runs of the morning started, the heavens opened, the winds blew and the umbrellas came out. What a morning, with the wind and the rain driving into the stands and also into my shed. Trying to keep the equipment dry and clearing the lens from the rain and condensation was all I could do. The Welsh TV crew were trying to keep their equipment running. Everything was turning into mud. At one point, during Thomas Longton’s run, it was almost impossible to see down the field to the sheep.

Can you spot the sheep in that one photo?

And apart from the rain and poor visibility, the strong winds coming down the field were making it really hard for the dogs to hear their commands.

By the time Thomas walked off the field, at the end of his run, the rain had stopped and by the late afternoon even the sun appeared.
